Job summary

Ability Action Australia is looking for a soon-to-be graduated OT to join our national graduate program. You will be supported by a dedicated mentor and clinical team as you develop confidence, clinical reasoning and essential practice skills in community and clinic settings.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, supervision, and PD support, with flexible work options and access to tools and resources to help you thrive and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration or eligibility is required.
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to adapt in a supportive, flexible team environment.
