Beechwood Health Service invites applications for a 12-month graduate nursing program, designed to support new graduates as they rotate through Acute-Sub Acute, Residential Aged Care and District Nursing placements.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, strong mentorship, and opportunities to grow skills within a diverse and inclusive workforce. Applicants must hold nursing qualifications and be registered with AHPRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Quality and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of National Standards, Aged Care Standards and NDIS legislation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month graduate nursing program with clinical rotations.
• Provide patient care under supervision across allocated rotations.
• Engage in professional development and learn in a safe, supportive environment.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
