South West Healthcare in Warrnambool is offering a 12-month Graduate Nurse Program commencing September 2026 for Registered Nurse graduates not matched in PMCV 2026. You will be supported to build confidence, strengthen clinical skills and broaden experience across acute, inpatient, mental health and aged care settings.

Rotations will be scheduled across campuses and wards with structured clinical support, meaningful learning opportunities and exposure to different clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across nursing areas may include acute and subacute wards, inpatient, day and community services, mental health and aged care.
• Rotations will be scheduled across nursing areas and ward allocations will be confirmed prior to commencement.
• You will be supported to build confidence, capability and professional practice.
