Job summary

FourQuarters has been exclusively retained to appoint a Graduate Mortgage Consultant for a leading Australian non-bank lender. You will support mortgage advisers, manage the loan application process end-to-end, and build foundational skills to grow into a client-facing sales career with clear progression into a Lending Manager position.

• Prior mortgage or lending experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage advisers and the sales team throughout the loan application process from start to finish.
• Collect, review, and process client documentation ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan progress, and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Data entry and management across ATLAS and ApplyOnline platforms.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, lending policies, and mortgage products.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a better customer experience.

This is a graduate opportunity for someone driven looking to launch a career in financial services and sales. You will work at the heart of a high-performing distribution team, supporting mortgage advisers, managing the loan application process end-to-end, and building the foundational skills needed to grow into a client-facing sales career. Our client is looking for someone who keen to build a relationship in Mortgages - this role can quickly progress into a Lending Manager position.

About the Role
