Job summary

Lavida Pharmaceuticals in Sydney is hiring enthusiastic graduates and experienced operators to join our manufacturing team. You will gain practical exposure to a diverse range of equipment and processes across tablets, capsules, powders, and other dosage forms.

Work alongside engineers, technicians and QA professionals to develop technical knowledge, improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or experienced operators welcomed.
• Background in mechanical engineering, machining or manufacturing tech.
• Ability to read drawings and operate shop equipment to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance and fault identification.
• Support production efficiency, equipment reliability and process optimization.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and QA to meet standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment records per procedures.
• Ensure work meets GMP, TGA, WHS and environmental requirements.
