Grace Lawyers is seeking a Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join our VIC litigation team, with exposure to strata, property, and insurance matters. The role offers mentoring by Partners and senior staff and real progression prospects within the firm.

The successful candidate will be freshly admitted or about to be admitted, highly organised with strong communication skills, and capable of building client relationships in a busy litigation environment.

Graduate/Junior Lawyer - Litigation, Insurance & Strata - VIC

Grace Lawyers is a leading national law firm serving the strata, community title, and insurance industry. We specialise in the areas of dispute resolution, insurance, debt collection, building & construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions/litigation, planning law and property law.

We are currently recruiting a Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join our VIC practice as part of our growing litigation team.

The successful candidate ideally will be admitted and have some litigation experience. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has some litigation exposure in the areas of strata/property, insolvency, insurance, building & construction and general or commercial litigation.

The following experience is required:

• Newly admitted or about to be admitted
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and workloads
• Growing technical expertise
• A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to develop strong client relationships
