Atturra is seeking a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join our Hardware Services Team in Melbourne. You will gain hands-on experience with IT hardware, software configuration, and pathways into our Service Desk.

Based in Melbourne, the role is full-time and onsite, with travel across VIC for client sites and decommission builds. The ideal candidate is a recent IT graduate with a driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT.
• Interest in IT hardware and manual work.
• Full driver’s license for travel across VIC

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates
• Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams
• Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements
• Represent Atturra professionally onsite and offsite
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
