The Procare Group is seeking a Graduate Case Analyst to join our ACT office in Deakin. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Intelligence Case Manager, contributing to open-source intelligence investigations, preparing detailed reports, and supporting our Surveillance team with case management.

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our ACT office in Deakin.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of administration or secretarial experience.
• Desire to work in surveillance, desktop investigations, insurance litigation, or law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open-source intelligence investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports for case files.
• Support Surveillance team with case management.
• Collaborate with Senior Intelligence Case Manager on assignments.

What You’ll Bring:

• A desire to work in surveillance, desktop investigations, insurance litigation, or law enforcement;
• 1-2 years of administration or secretarial experience;
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and social media; and
• A professional, customer focused attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
