Bouygues Construction Australia is seeking a Graduate Engineer to support the Terra Verde project in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The role combines on-site and office work, offering hands‑on experience in planning, execution and reporting.

You will develop technical and project management skills while working with experienced teams, contributing to safety, quality and environmental standards as part of a long‑term infrastructure career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Engineering or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Deliver assigned tasks aligning with project requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support design and approval processes for temporary works.
• Perform data analysis and routine engineering tasks; assist in complex technical assignments.
• Review and interpret design plans, support constructability reviews and final designs.
• Assist in procurement of materials and services per project specs.
• Identify, report and help resolve non-conformances.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain site visibility.
• Support risk management activities and a proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, commercial, and contractual obligations.
