The 2027 Graduate Program

Starting in January 2027, our structured Graduate Program is designed to seamlessly transition you from student to a highly confident clinician. You will be fully supported with:

Extensive Onboarding — Start with a comprehensive onboarding program designed to build your confidence in our systems, clinical approach, client experience and day‑to‑day role.

Practice Before You Perform — Get plenty of opportunities to practise assessments, consultations, programming and client conversations with experienced clinicians before putting it into practice on your own.

Ongoing Mentorship & Support — Have regular access to experienced Exercise Physiologists, feedback, 1:1 support and development opportunities as you transition from student to confident clinician.

About you

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology with the ability to gain ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.

An openness to feedback: You are highly coachable, willing to listen, and eager to grow both clinically and professionally.
