Job summary

The Procare Group is seeking a motivated events professional to lead planning, management and execution of national corporate events. You will partner with senior leaders, manage budgets and risk, and collaborate with marketing to create engaging experiences.

This role offers opportunities to interact with diverse stakeholders across Australia, including travel interstate for events, and to contribute to charitable initiatives while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Commerce, or equivalent drive.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Passion for events and marketing with customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to plan, coordinate and deliver national corporate events and charity functions.
• Manage event admin to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery with safety compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas for future events.
• Oversee social media postings in collaboration with external marketing agency.

We are seeking a motivated professional, who will play a crucial role in the planning, management and execution of our events nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with our senior leaders, end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and company charity events nationally.
• Manage event administration, ensuring all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with Procare clients as well as internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation enhancing future events.
• Manage Procare's social media postings collaborating with external marketing agency- including regular LinkedIn industry updates/observations.

What we are looking for:

• Employment History: Prior experience working in retail, hospitality or customer facing roles is highly desirable.
