Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a motivated events professional to plan, coordinate and execute national corporate events and charity activities. You will partner with senior leaders, manage logistics, budgets and timelines while engaging with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes creativity in event concepts, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel interstate when required. A marketing/business degree is preferred and prior experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Education: a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Commerce, but drive and passion matter most.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Passion for events and marketing and creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proactive communicator, confident and solutions-focused, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours or travel interstate for events when needed.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile corporate events, conferences and charity events nationally.
  • Manage event administration, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, aligned with safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with Procare clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovations to future events.
  • Manage Procare's social media postings in collaboration with external marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnering with our senior leaders, end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and company charity events nationally.
  • Manage event administration, ensuring all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards.
  • Build strong relationships with Procare clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation enhancing future events.
  • Manage Procare's social media postings collaborating with external marketing agency- including regular LinkedIn industry updates/observations.
