Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification prior to program start.
• Interest in engineering and practical problem solving in an industrial context.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and ability to work in PPE in a facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across resource recovery operations/sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in active waste and resource recovery facilities.
• Contribute to projects focused on safety, asset performance and operational improvement.
• Work alongside operators, supervisors, maintenance teams and engineers.
