Job summary

BESIX Watpac is offering a part-time Graduate Engineer role within our South Australia division, under the BESIX Watpac Graduate and Early Career Development Program. You will gain exposure to construction, engineering, design, estimating and safety across a two-year program designed to develop future leaders.

The role includes cost planning, tender support, quality assurance and project controls, plus general site duties.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a university-level degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; eager to learn new software.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost plans and tender documentation for projects.
• Support QA and safety processes by monitoring compliance and helping with corrective actions.
• Contribute to estimating, quantity take-offs, subcontractor reviews, and budget forecasts.
• Assist with general site duties, office and administrative tasks as required.
