Job summary

Strategy One Human Resources is assisting a leading construction firm in Dandenong South to recruit a Graduate Engineer for a 6-month contract with potential extension to permanent. The role supports civil and structural projects, performing design and documentation tasks and liaising with clients and contractors.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient with Excel.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities expected.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• SolidWorks experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and documentation of civil and structural projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis using SolidWorks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and project documentation as required.
