Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree, demonstrate clear communication, teamwork, and a proactive desire to learn about the company and the energy/automation industry.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• A desire to learn about the company and the industry.
• Exposure to Electrical/Telecommunications industry is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Continue professional and technical development through self-education, attending supplier training sessions, seminars, etc
• Provide specialised protection and control application support. Automation and Monitoring and Diagnostics exposure is also included
• Provide detailed design and selection of equipment for electrical projects
• Perform electrical testing in our Melbourne laboratory or at site
• Assisting and reviewing hardware and software queries
• Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers
