Service Stream invites applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join the Utilities division as part of the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. The two-year program offers on-the-job learning, rotations across projects, networking with executives, and professional development through associations such as Engineers Australia.

Travel across Victoria is required as part of the role. O-Week starts February 2027 at our Melbourne head office.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree completed or near completion
• Available to work full-time for the 2-year program
• Eligible to work in Australia (citizenship/permanent residency) and hold a valid Australian driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Support Power Projects across Victoria, including remote areas
• Participate in the 2-year Ignite Graduate Program with rotations
• Engage with the Utilities team, engineers and project leaders across Energy, Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors
