The program pairs you with managers and mentors, helping you develop fundamentals in consulting in year one and offering flexibility in year two to deepen technical development or broaden exposure.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates invited for February and July 2027 cohorts in Hobart and regional Tasmania.

Responsibilities

• Work in design teams to help deliver exciting projects and contribute to bids and tenders.
• Get hands-on with occasional site work.
• Be paired with managers and mentors to support your development during the two-year program.
