GHD is inviting recent graduates across Victoria to join its two-year Graduate Development Program, designed to provide a smooth start in consulting. We’re hiring for February and July 2027 cohorts across multiple disciplines, with opportunities in civil and electrical engineering, project management, and more.

You’ll work in design teams on exciting projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and gain hands-on site experience while developing your core consulting skills and professional network.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student with degree expected by mid-2027.
• Participation in a two-year Graduate Development Program.
• Interest in design, engineering, advisory roles across energy, water, communities.

Responsibilities

• Work in design teams to help deliver exciting projects.
• Contribute to bids and tenders.
• Occasional site work as part of development experience.
• Support mentors and managers to learn consulting fundamentals.
