Job summary

GHD is seeking graduates for its two-year Graduate Development Program in Victoria. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and work on exciting consulting projects across civil, electrical, environmental and other disciplines.

As a graduate, you’ll receive mentorship, training and exposure to design and delivery of real-world solutions, with opportunities to rotate between teams and sites during the program.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final year student by mid-2027.
• Interest in consulting across multiple disciplines and client projects.
• Eligible to study and work in Victoria, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the two-year Graduate Development Program across design teams.
• Contribute to bids, tenders and hands-on site activities when required.
• Work with mentors to build technical and professional capabilities.
