The 2028 Graduate Development Program (GDP) offers a structured, ten-month development pathway within the Australian Public Service. You will rotate across diverse business areas, starting as an APS4 and advancing to APS5 after successful completion, aligned with growth and contribution.

The program provides structured learning, mentorship, and career progression across a wide range of roles in Home Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across Home Affairs and/or Australian Border Force.
