Job summary

Australian Compliance Institute is seeking a Logistics Graduate to join our team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Customs Manager, you will be trained across import clearance support, tariff and documentation checks, and trade compliance reporting, with a clear development path toward a Customs Broker role.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting Customs and Operations, improving data integrity, and delivering KPI reports, with a strong emphasis on professional communication and learner

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Commerce.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an impeccable phone manner.
• Exposure to Incoterms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Customs and Operation teams.
• Assist with import documentation checks, data integrity, and shipment milestone updates.
• Support the team with compliance admin, registers, and KPI reporting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Recent Graduate in International Business / Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Ability to learn, adapt and take on feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an impeccable phone manner
• Exposure to international trade terms (Incoterms) is desirable
