Egis Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to start in February 2027. You will contribute to real projects from your first week, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on land development and residential projects.

• Recent tertiary degree inCivil Engineering
• Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia. This position is not open to applicants outside of Australia

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Collaborative and enjoys problem solving
• Possessa strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting or construction environment highly desired
• Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
