Job summary

Egis, a global leader in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services, invites Graduates to join its two-year program in Melbourne. The role targets Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering graduates who want to grow in consulting, design and project delivery.

You will gain hands-on experience across water, facades, urban development, building services and road/rail sectors while benefiting from peer mentorship and professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Chemical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply engineering concepts across disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on project design and delivery.
  • Support engineering analyses, reports and drawings.
  • Assist senior engineers in planning and executing projects.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and compliance with standards.
  • Engage in data collection and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

  • Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.

  • Quality Assurance: maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Data Analysis: gather and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.

  • Project Support: assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects.

  • Commencement: available to start in February 2027

  • Bachelor's Degree: recent tertiary degree in Civil / Structural/ Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering

  • Graduate Attributes: excellent communication skills, passionate about solving complex problems

  • Working Rights: relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
