RSM Australia is seeking an Audit Graduate to join the Adelaide team as part of the January 2027 cohort. The role offers structured learning, mentorship and real responsibility for early-career professionals in audit.

You will develop essential audit skills, preparing financial statements and gaining hands-on experience with IFRS and auditing tools while working with a diverse client base across Australia.

Conducting audits for our wide variety of clients across Australia provides an exciting chance to gain intricate knowledge of everyday business operations and financial reporting. You will work closely with our clients to establish trustworthy relationships and serve as their reliable advisors.

This role is an opportunity to join our Adelaide Audit team as a part of our January 2027 cohort.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting financial statement audits to ensure accuracy and uncover insights
• Supporting regulatory and compliance audits
• Assisting with acquittal statements and special purpose audits
• Contributing to financial reporting that supports clear stakeholder communication
• Providing regulatory, technical and IFRS guidance
• Working on‑site with clients across various industries

About You:

• Are studying or have completed a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, or hold CA‑accredited prerequisite units
