Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking graduates to join the Adelaide Audit & Assurance team, aiming to develop core audit skills and a career path in audit. The role targets graduates who have recently completed or will complete their studies by year-end 2026.

You will build foundational audit capabilities, learn RSM processes, and contribute to audit testing and documentation while advancing your professional qualifications within the next 12 months.

Qualifications

• Essential Business / Commerce degree with Accounting major.
• Scheduled to complete studies by end of 2026 and begin approved professional certification or postgraduate studies within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic ability to apply fundamental audit skills as incorporated in the RSM audit process.
• Develop a basic understanding of Accounting and Audit Standards.
• Develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic audit tools.
• Understands and performs audit testing as directed and in accordance with RSM policies and procedures.
• Complete allocated tasks in accordance with directions given.
• Maintain personal documentation (training records, time sheets, expenses).

About the role

Audit & Assurance is at the heart of RSM's practice. The Adelaide Audit & Assurance division are looking to bring graduates into their team who are capable of learning fundamental skills and are eager to build a career in Audit. This role is aimed at those who have recently completed or are scheduled to complete their studies by the end of 2026.
