Job summary

RSM Australia in Adelaide invites graduates to start a career in Audit & Assurance. You will learn fundamental audit skills within the RSM process and begin building expertise in accounting standards.

The role is designed for recent graduates with a Business/Commerce degree and an accounting major who plan to complete professional certification within 12 months of joining. The Adelaide team offers supportive training and pathway to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Essential Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major.
• Scheduled to complete by end of 2026.
• Begin undertaking further studies to attain relevant approved professional certification within 12 months of commencement of role.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic ability to apply fundamental audit skills as incorporated in the RSM audit process.
• Develop a basic understanding of Accounting and Audit Standards.
• Develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic audit tools.
• Understands and performs audit testing as directed and in accordance with RSM policies and procedures.
• Complete allocated tasks in accordance with directions given; maintain personal documentation (training records, time sheets, expenses).
