Hood Sweeney is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Accountants to join our Accounting & Business Advisory teams in early February 2027.

You’ll participate in a structured training program with mentoring to develop your commercial acumen and technical skills.

Core duties include preparing financial accounts and tax returns, management accounts and BAS, and delivering timely business advisory services to clients; you will also enjoy a positive team culture, study support, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial accounts and income tax returns.
• Prepare periodic management accounts and BAS.
• Provide accurate financial, taxation and business advisory services to clients.
