Job summary

Our 140 staff in Adelaide and regional offices in Clare, Pt Augusta, Whyalla, and Kadina, serve more than 3,000 clients, including family businesses, small-to-medium businesses, and professionals. We provide Accounting & Business Advisory, Financial Planning and Finance, Technology services through Orlo One, and a range of consulting services for growing business, through Blue Jam. About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team based in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality taxation and business advisory work for a range of clients. Working closely with other members of the Accounting team, you will contribute to providing a high level of service to our clients.

The core responsibilities will include:

• Perform and deliver accounting, taxation and advisory services at a high-level including preparation of financial statements and income tax returns;
• Preparation and lodgment of BAS, IAS and tax returns;
• Collaborate with our other service lines to integrate seamlessly for our clients;
• Provision of accurate and timely financial, taxation and business advisory services to clients;
• Building and sharing knowledge and engaging in ongoing personal career growth.

Ideally, you will have experience in accounting with a mid-tier, multidisciplinary firm, have a CA/CPA qualification and possess demonstratable performance in a similar role. Additionally, you will possess impeccable written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Fluent knowledge of XERO is essential; additional experience in XPM will be highly regarded.
