Job summary

InfraBuild invites recent or soon-to-be graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Program as Graduate Logistics and Supply Chain, based in Laverton. Starting January 2027, the two-year fixed-term program offers hands-on learning with real outcomes and potential permanent placement.

You will rotate through two 12-month placements, receive coaching and formal training, and work on projects that improve operations and performance across diverse units.

We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2027 Graduate Program asGraduate Logistics and Supply Chain based in Laverton.

Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2027, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.

  • Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
  • The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
  • This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

Key Areas of Exposure:

  • Enhance efficiency by improving supply chain processes.
  • Gain practical experience in logistics management and planning.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve operational performance.
  • Engage in various tasks to understand interconnected operations.
About your experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A genuine passion for Logistics and Supply Chain within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
  • Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
  • Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026).
  • Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.

Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
