Job summary

Gympie Regional Council is seeking a skilled Team Member Grading to support its maintenance programs. The role focuses on grading operations while also handling plant operation, truck driving and general labour duties in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating graders and civil construction plant.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake grading operations and operate plant and trucks.
• Perform general labouring and civil construction duties to a high standard.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plant, equipment and vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other Council departments to meet objectives.
• Follow established work procedures and report hazards to maintain safety.
