Job summary

Thiess is seeking a Grader Operator for our Production Mining Team in Western Australia. The role involves operating CAT 16/18/24M graders on a FIFO roster from Perth to Iron Bridge Mine, with a 2:1 roster and salary sacrifice options for WA applicants.

You will work in a team-focused environment, upholding safety standards and contributing to mine production targets through efficient earthworks and road maintenance. Camp facilities and on-site amenities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CAT 16, 18 or 24M graders in a mining production environment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety policies.
• Valid Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery efficiently, safely and competently to maximise output.
• Comply with Thiess’ policies and procedures.
• Respond to instructions from Mining Supervisor.
• Maintain floor levels and ensure design parameters are met.
• Maintain stockpiles, dumps and haul roads for safe flow.
