Job summary

Workfast is seeking experienced Grader Operators for an immediate start on busy earthmoving and civil projects in Townsville. This casual position offers ongoing work with a pathway to permanent full-time after 3 months and a temp-to-perm progression.

You will operate Graders for roadworks and site prep, perform final trim and GPS-enabled leveling, and follow WHS procedures as part of a collaborative team. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience operating Graders (final trim and GPS experience highly regarded).
• Valid tickets/competencies for Grader Operations.
• Current Driver's Licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to site.
• Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Willingness to work hard with a positive, 'can do' attitude.

Workfast is currently seeking experienced Grader Operators for an immediate start on busy earthmoving and civil projects in Townsville. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a leading company that offers plenty of hours and ongoing work.

• Ongoing work and permanent opportunities
• 8 - 11 hour day
• Townsville based

This is an ongoing casual position for the right candidate, with the view to transition to permanent full-time after 3 months.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating Graders for roadworks, site preparation, and bulk earthworks on busy sites
• Performing final trim, levelling, and maintaining haul roads safely and efficiently
• Following strict workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures
