Job summary

iContracting Group is recruiting an experienced All Rounder Operator for fixed plant earthworks in Western Australia. You will operate Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Tipper and Watercart with a safety-first mindset and strong work ethic. HR licence and tickets are essential.

Join a team delivering earthworks for mining and civil projects on a FIFO 8/6 roster with day shifts. Excellent training and career development available, with top-tier facilities and supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Tipper and Watercart.
• Grader experience is essential.
• Must have all relevant tickets.
• Minimum 2–3 years earthworks operating experience preferred.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence with HR required.
• Full Australian Working Rights.

• Grader Experience - Essential
• Must have all relevant Tickets
• Minimum 2-3 years earthworks operating experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Full Australian Working Rights
