SRG Global Mining Services is seeking a Grade Control Driller's Offsider to support our Mining – Drill and Blast team in Western Australia. This ongoing full-time role is FIFO from Perth with a 2:1 roster, days and nights.

The Offsider helps prepare RC machinery, supports operations, and collects essential data to guide mining activities. You will work with a professional team that values safety, clear communication, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold a C Class Drivers Licence (Manual).
• Ability to perform labouring duties.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.

Responsabilités

• Help prepare and set up RC machinery and equipment for operations.
• Provide on-the-ground support during RC operations, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and operational performance.

The Role

SRG Global Mining Services is looking for Grade Control Driller's Offsiders to our Mining – Drill and Blast team in WA across the Goldfields. This will be an ongoing full-time position, FIFO from Perth and working a 2:1 roster, dayshift and nightshift.

The Grade Control Driller's Offsider plays a vital role in supporting accurate and efficient drilling operations aimed at delineating ore bodies or construction grades.

This role assists in ensuring precise drilling placements and collects essential data to guide mining or construction activities effectively.
