This role provides administrative, coordination andoperational support across the Governance, Risk & Assurance division.Working closely with governance, risk, resilience and assurance professionals,you will support team operations, coordinate activities, maintain records andreporting, and contribute to the delivery of key business outcomes.
This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive,customer-focused and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Provideadministrative and business support across the division.
Coordinatemeetings, workshops and team activities.
Preparereports, presentations, meeting papers and business documentation.
Maintainrecords, registers and information management systems.
Monitorshared mailboxes and coordinate responses to enquiries.
Supportreporting, compliance and assurance activities.
Buildproductive relationships with stakeholders across the department.
Contributeto process improvements and effective service delivery.
Strongorganisational and time management skills.
