Job summary

Austal Defence Australia (ADA) is seeking a Governance Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to governance forums underpinning the Strategic Shipbuilding Agreement. You will facilitate governance meetings, support forums, maintain records, take minutes, track actions and ensure documentation is compliant, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admin governance or compliance role.
• Experience coordinating meetings and minutes.
• Proficient in document and record management.
• Eligibility for Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Maintain governance registers, including policies, delegations, conflicts of interest and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate governance and committee meetings.
