Job summary

BeHome on the Gold Coast is seeking a Local Partnerships & Occupancy Manager to build and manage BeHome’s local partnership network, focusing on employers, education providers and community organisations across the Gold Coast, with on-site duties at Surfers Paradise.

Based across Southport to Burleigh Heads, you will develop offers, track partnerships in HubSpot, convert relationships into referrals, inspections and move-ins, and drive occupancy growth through collaborative, win-win agreements.

Qualifications

• Confident local relationship builder with strong networking.
• Highly organised with consistent follow-ups.
• Experience using CRM data management.
• Ability to negotiate win-win agreements.
• Knowledge of Gold Coast business community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a partnerships database in the CRM.
• Research suitable businesses and organisations across the Gold Coast.
• Identify decision-makers and best communication channels.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins and visits.
• Develop partnership offers including staff accommodation and resident benefits.
• Convert prospective partners into referrals and move-ins.
• Coordinate partner activations and track results in the CRM.
• Report weekly on pipeline activity and occupancy impact.
