Job summary

Opella is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage the safe, accurate and efficient movement of materials on site in Brisbane. You will handle receiving, storage, sampling, inventory control and dispatch for materials and finished goods within a GMP-regulated environment, contributing to production continuity and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated experience using ERP or inventory systems to process stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming materials and packaging components to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and supply materials to production according to planned schedules.
• Perform inventory transactions, stock transfers, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Sample, test and release approved materials within quality procedures and maintain records.
• Coordinate dispatch of finished goods, including shipment preparation and documentation.
• Maintain GMP, housekeeping and 5S standards across warehouse areas.
• Support warehouse improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety and service.
