HOBAN Recruitment is seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading Australian biotechnology organisation specialising in the manufacture of high-quality human tissue allografts used in orthopaedic, dental, spinal and reconstructive procedures across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.

The role operates across varying hours Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required

Formación

• Qualifications in laboratory techniques, science, biotechnology or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, healthcare or GMP environments is highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacture and process human tissue allografts in accordance with GMP standards.
• Perform tissue cleaning, preparation, cutting and packaging using aseptic techniques.
• Prepare and maintain sterile cleanroom environments and controlled workspaces.
• Operate and maintain specialised production equipment and instrumentation.
• Support inventory management, packaging and dispatch activities.
• Complete accurate production documentation and maintain audit-ready records.
• Follow established SOPs, safety procedures and quality requirements at all times.

Educación

Relevant qualifications in laboratory techniques, science, biotechnology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
