Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or similar technical field.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing.
• Experience with cleanrooms, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience in change management and quality risk management.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all engineering activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System, regulation and policies.
• Manage general facility and systems.
• Maintain the plant and equipment register.
• Plan, organise, schedule and supervise contractors performing preventive maintenance, certifications and calibrations on systems and the general facility.
• Diagnose and attend to breakdown maintenance to maintain facility uptime; minimise downtime.
• Attend to day-to-day ad hoc repairs.
• Identify improvement opportunities to faciliter productivity gains.
• Attend to out-of-hours excursions or equipment faults.
