Job summary

Slade Health in Sydney is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to manage site-based preventative and breakdown maintenance in a TGA-licensed sterile manufacturing facility.

You will oversee building management, mechanical/electrical systems, calibration, and change management with strong emphasis on quality documentation and compliance. Some after-hours work and Saturday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical field (mechanical/electrical).
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP requirements.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with cleanrooms, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience in change management and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building management and facility systems to ensure uptime.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance work and calibrations.
• Maintain plant and equipment registers and documentation.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime with perseverance.
• Coordinate contractors and out‑of‑hours maintenance as needed.
