Job summary

Seek Australia is consulting for a GM Transformation role to drive PMO governance, procurement consolidation and end‑to‑end supply chain transformation across multiple brands. The role partners with CFO and CSCO to deliver measurable commercial outcomes, with a hands-on leadership approach and strong emphasis on data analytics and program delivery.

Qualifications

PMO and governance experience.
Procurement and COGS improvement
Experience transforming logistics networks
Strong commercial focus with clear delivery plans
Knowledge of SC / logistics systems and data analytics
Excellent negotiation capabilities, end-to-end
Leadership driving customer outcomes
Private-equity/consulting transformation background
Formal program credentials (PMP/PRINCE2/ MSP) and data platforms experience
Experience across manufacturing, warehousing, and multi-brand supply chains

Responsibilities

Build and lead the PMO and governance for the transformation program.
Coach and develop commercial capabilities across the group.
Own transformation benefits tracking and reporting.
Lead change management and communications across channels and brands.
Oversee procurement, supplier consolidation, and landed-cost reduction programs.
Drive a customer-focused planning and service improvement agenda.
