Discovery Groups’ G’day Group is seeking a General Manager – Tourism & Experiences to lead operations in Kununurra, overseeing Discovery Parks and Triple J Tours. You will manage teams across accommodation, tours, marina and hospitality, driving commercial performance while delivering exceptional visitor experiences in a spectacular Kimberley setting.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded tourism professional with strong business sense.
• Experience in seasonal or regional tourism environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple operations and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of Discovery Parks Kununurra and Triple J Tours.
• Lead and develop teams across accommodation, tours, marina and hospitality.
• Own budgets, forecasting, revenue, cost control and overall commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow visitation, revenue and local partnerships.
• Build relationships with tourism operators, local businesses and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, presentation and service standards across sites.
