Job summary

Inghams Enterprises is seeking a General Manager, People Partnering to lead HRBP, Employment/Industrial Relations and Talent Acquisition across Australia. You will report to the Chief People Officer and drive integrated people solutions to help leaders, teams and the business achieve strategic objectives.

As a member of the People & Performance leadership team, you will shape people strategies, grow a high-performing team, and embed Inghams' Employee Value Proposition across the organisation,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience in complex organisations.
• Experience with enterprise/collective agreements and industrial relations.
• Proven track record in recruitment strategy, executive search and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AU ELT to translate strategy into practical people plans.
• Lead the HRBP, ER/IR and Talent Acquisition functions across Australia.
• Serve as trusted advisor to ELT and senior leaders, managing key relationships.
