Job summary

Inghams Group Limited is seeking a General Manager, People Partnering (Australia) to lead HR Business Partnering, Employment/IR and Talent Acquisition across Australia. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape people strategies, grow a high-performing team and enable leaders to bring the Inghams Employee Value Proposition to life.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Law or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in senior HR leadership roles within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Proven track record with enterprise agreements, collective agreements, or similar industrial arrangements.
• Demonstrated experience operating at Executive/Board level with credibility to influence at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AU ELT to develop people strategies aligned to Group strategy and P&P plan.
• Lead the Partnering function across Australia delivering high-quality, commercially focused people partnering services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to ELT and senior leaders, managing relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Lead ER/IR Centre of Excellence delivering sound, legally informed employment and industrial relations advice.
• Lead TA function and develop a TA strategy for current needs and pipeline.
• Implement technology-enabled processes to enable hiring leaders and improve time-to-hire.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to inform sourcing strategies and metrics.
• Champion Inghams EVP across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle.
• Drive evolution of P&P operating model with Reward and People Services.
