NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Brausse Glue Machine Operator to join the afternoon shift at the Opal Specialty Packaging Site in Orchard Hills, NSW. You will set up, run, and maintain Brausse folder-gluer machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

The role requires operating Brausse folding and gluing equipment, running straightline, 4-point, and crash lock carton styles, and maintaining safety and quality on the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Mon–Thu and 12:00

Qualifications

• Experience operating Brausse folder-gluing equipment.
• Experience with straightline, 4-point and crash lock folding cartons.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during afternoon hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Brausse folding and gluing machines.
• Run carton styles including straightline, 4-point, and crash lock.
• Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and glue system cleanups.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality.

Brausse Glue Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Brausse Glue Machine Operator to join our production team on the afternoon shift at the Opal Specialty Packaging Site in Orchard Hills, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our Brausse folder-gluer machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Brausse folding and gluing machines.
• Run a variety of carton styles, including straightline, 4-point, and crash lock.
• Monitor product quality continuously throughout production runs to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Perform regular machine maintenance, glue system cleanups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating folder-gluing equipment (Brausse experience highly regarded).
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and running straightline, 4-point, and crash lock folding cartons.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
• Ability to work independently during afternoon hours and manage time effectively.

Hours & Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
