Macquarie Group is seeking a senior professional to provide Line 1 oversight of technology risk across cyber security, information security, data, AI, resilience, and delivery. You will work with business, technology and control owners to assess risk, strengthen controls and offer practical risk-informed guidance on initiatives and day-to-day decisions.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk areas, ability to navigate ambiguity, and strong stakeholder communication to senior leaders.

Competenze

• 8+ years’ experience in technology risk, IT audit, cyber security or technology-focused operational risk
• Strong knowledge of technology risk areas including cyber security, data, resilience, technology change and delivery, third-party risk and IT general controls
• Experience assessing operational risk, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying emerging risks and developing practical solutions
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and drive issues through to completion
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leaders

• Provide Line 1 oversight of technology risk across cyber security, information security, data, AI, resilience, change and delivery
• Assess risk, strengthen controls and provide practical risk-informed advice on initiatives and day-to-day decisions
• Maintain understanding of MAM's technology risk profile and how risks are managed within MAM and central service groups
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations Group Technology Risk and Risk Management Group for coordinated risk oversight
