Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Technologies International, with the role based in Sydney and oversight of international initiatives outside the United States. You will own the portfolio, drive on-time delivery, balance scope against budget, and remove blockers to ensure every project reaches a signed-off state.

In this leadership position, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Security, Real Estate, Finance, and Compliance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management, managing several concurrent projects.
• Delivered technical programs (offices, data centres, networks, secure facilities) integrating IT and physical works.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment; ability to build process as you go.
• Able to quickly learn security, compliance and new markets without defence background.
• Technical enough to work with engineers and decide when to elevate.
• Wrote plans and updates that engineers, vendors and executives used across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Keep every initiative in the portfolio on plan with status, blockers, spend and dates.
• Run routine program syncs and monthly portfolio reviews for CorpTech International leadership.
• Own the schedule for new site builds or expansions, managing dependencies.
• Make decisions on resequencing, dates and scope, and approve spend.
• Be the front door for requests from local leadership and business lines, with concise updates.
• Work at the technical level; understand networks, identity and physical security well enough to question a design.
• Partner with teams across Anduril including Strategic Real Estate, Business Operations, Finance, Security and Trade Compliance.
• Use your expertise to design how we run programs: templates, metrics, reporting and retrospectives.
• Apply discipline to internal initiatives like capability development and leadership reviews.
