Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to run the Corporate Technologies International portfolio from Sydney. You’ll ensure initiatives are ready and signed off on time with full authority to move them forward.

You’ll work across Anduril’s teams including Real Estate, Finance, Security and Trade Compliance to deliver complex international programs. You’ll apply deep technical understanding to question designs, manage dependencies and drive efficient execution across time

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management.
• Proven delivery of technical programs (offices, data centres, networks or secure facilities).
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments and fast learning.
• Able to engage with engineers and executives across time zones.
• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep portfolio initiatives on plan with status, blockers, spend and dates.
• Run program syncs and monthly portfolio reviews for CorpTech International.
• Own schedules for site builds/expansions and manage dependencies.
• Make decisions on sequencing, scoping, and budget approvals.
• Be the front door for leadership requests with concise written updates.
• Work technically with networks, identity and security to challenge designs.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, Security and Trade Compliance.
• Help design program templates, metrics and reporting for faster market setups.
• Apply discipline to internal initiatives like planning cycles and leadership reviews.
